Megan Golia, DDS, MS
Dr. Megan Golia received her dental degree from the University of Maryland, where she was class president and graduated in the top of her class. She then went on to complete her pediatric dental residency with NYU Langone Hospital on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Her specialty training involved treating patients with special needs, sedation, and hospital dentistry.
Dr. Megan Golia is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. She holds hospital privileges at University of Maryland Shore Health at Chestertown for children who require general anesthesia for dental treatment.
Dr. Megan Golia received her undergraduate degree in art sculpture from Penn State. While at Penn State, she became involved in many organizations including THON, a student-run philanthropy for pediatric cancer. She also traveled to the Dominican Republic on an outreach mission trip to provide dental education to the pediatric population.
Megan met her husband, Rob, in the Penn State pre-dental club. He is an orthodontist also practicing on Kent Island and they reside in Stevensville with their two young sons and fluffy white dog named Nala.
